Warmup: Wide High Knees Hamstring stretch. So good! More hamstring goodness. Can you touch your nose to your knee cap? In plank, about to go into downward dog. The mighty downward dog calf stretch. Look at that girl in the pink tank! She's got perfect yoga form! Wave 1, Move 1: Pushups Wave 1, Move 3: Row Your Boat OR In & Outs Wave 2, Move 3: Oblique V-ups More Oblique V-ups.
