Group Workout #1: Burpee Challenge – May 8, 2010

I believe this was during one of our rests. We took 30 sec - 1 min breaks in between each set. Sometimes a bit longer, especially towards the end when were doing 20+ per set. Shot of all four of us getting psyched up for the next set! We're all at varying speeds here. In the later sets, staying in time with one another seems less important as not dying. Some may disagree. Look at Tommy's Knee Tuck! That boy got some air. Not sure what's going on here, but We all got a little A.D.D.

I think this was when Bavian (Thomas's dog) started digging up a tree. Or when Zoe started teasing Bavian with a Cheese Puff *just* out of reach. The essence of a good burpee. Right here.
